Club Membership Information
The Colorado Flyers Track Club, Inc. compete in track and field meets sanctioned by USA Track and Field (USATF). Participants are required to register annually with USATF/ Colorado to compete. An $20.00 annual membership fee is required. A photocopy of birth certificate, passport , or driver's license has to be submitted to USATF/ Colorado via email to membership@colorado.usatf.org , certification required by the association prior to competing.
A monthly club fee of $35.00 is required of each Colorado Flyers Participant , the collected fee will be used for track meet entry fees,athletic equipment and supplies ,and general operating expenses.
Colorado Flyers Participant must purchase a club uniform and track shoes, the estimated cost of a uniform is $120.00 -to-$140.00 , shoes will cost approximately $45.00 -to -$85.00 at local ,or online sports equipment retail outlets.

I, parent or legal guardian hereby give permission for my child to participate as a member of the Colorado Flyers Track Club, Inc. in all activities associated with the Club, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation.
I do hereby release ,resolve,indemnify all members of the Colorado Flyers,its affiliated organizations and facilities used for programs,against any claim by or on behalf of the participant’s, participation in the activities of the track and field program.
